ttF Fashion Staples Series: Cowl Neck Cozy
Day 3 of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Fall 2010 and it’s freezing outside! A sweater dress is the perfect solution to the winter chill and green always brings out my eyes—and it just happened to match the walls at the Haute Look Lounge in the Bryant Park Hotel. They lined the room with the famous Martinique wallpaper from the Beverly Hills Hotel, which reminded me a little bit of home. At the lounge, the fabulous Jemma Kidd makeup artist, Silver Navarro, touched me up before I hosted a couple of videos for the Style Coalition. Highlights today included ADAM’s country chic collection, interviewing Wenlan backstage after Twinkle’s show and Vivienne Tam’s presentation.

Denim Jackets
I bought my denim jacket in the boys section at Gap Kids almost ten years ago. It comes back in style every through years and is the perfect piece to throw over a maxi or a loose summer dress.

Suede
After a fall full of leather, I have a feeling we’ll all gravitate towards spring’s suede options. I know I would do anything for the soft suede flowers at Tibi!

Flats
I was excited about flats for fall, yet I still wear my heels on a daily basis. The only flats I love are my boots. If I was 5′9, I’d probably feel differently. But I need some height to wear the short dresses and skirts shown for spring.
