I was meeting with some producers after work today about a possible reality show so I wanted to look professional, but still stylish with a small splash of sexy. My DvF dress is conservative but snug enough to show off my figure. And I glammed it up a bit by pinning a brooch to the black circus collar. Fingers crossed my look worked and I can tell you guys about the show soon!

Last night I spent hours and hours writing about celebrity style at the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards. Since I knew I’d be writing more today, I had an awards season intermission at the Den. I look like a midget because my friend’s 6′7 boyfriend took this photo as he towered above me.

Orange
Some people shy away from bright colors. But to me orange screams summer. I just want to get a tan, slip on a tangerine chiffon dress and jet off to St. Tropez sipping a mimosa. Hey, a girl can dream can’t she?

Animal Prints
It’s always safe to buy an animal print. Spots and stripes never leave the fashion world longer than a season. I have a decent amount of cheetah in my closet so I’m eyeing the tiger print at DVF. Don’t worry, I’m not planning on wearing an entire striped silk suit, but the jacket would look very cool over a little solid dress.

Short ones, long one, sparkly ones, suede one, shrunken one, utilitarian ones, tuxedo ones, silk ones, knit ones, studded ones… I think you get the point. You can layer with any type of vest to be on trend for spring.
