Sweatshirts
Sure they’re comfy but loungewear doesn’t always translate to the streets. While some of the sweatshirt styles that came done the runway were wearable and very Norma Kamali, others I would never leave the house in.

Sorry I’ve been so MIA this week. New York Fashion Week was insane. I sat front row for three shows, including one of my fave designers, Alexandre Herchcovitch, and if you’ve been following me on Twitter, you’ve seen the rest of my crazy Bryant Park and beyond schedule. When I got back to Los Angeles yesterday, I recapped the best shows and showed ways you can get spring looks on sale on mystyle. Now it’s time to break down the trends on ThinkThruFashion like I did for fall. So I’ll be skipping my ttF Daily Faves over the next few days to bring you all the best—and worst!—trends from New York Fashion Week. Enjoy!
OK, I’ll admit the Nicholas Kirkwood hip high boots at Rodarte were fierce. But personally, it’s hard for me to see a woman in real life wearing boots that high without thinking of Pretty Woman—pre-Julia Roberts’ ladylike makeover.
